For a start, don’t call it “publicart.ie”. At first glance it could be confused with “pubicart” or “publi cart”.

Secondly, don’t make it a complete mess in some browsers, such as Firefox 2.0 (hey guys, some people still use it).

Thirdly, don’t then write some accessibility statement about how you are “aware of the importance of ensuring that our site is accessible to everyone. We strive to achieve and maintain levels of accessibility that conform to Level AA of the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines…” blah blah blah, but the link to the accessibility statement isn’t accessible because of said browser compatibility problem.
